Delivery
All items will be sent via Royal Mail, first class post. Items delivered to the UK will be charged at £2.50 for the first item and 60p for each additional item. The maximum number of items you can buy in one order is 15. Items delivered to Europe will be charged at £3.50 for the first item and 70p for each additional item. The maximum number of items you can buy in one order is 15.

Delivery times
Delivery within the UK usually takes 3 working days, delivery overseas is usually 4-7 days. A reasonable allowance should be made for orders placed over the weekend or on national holidays. We do our best to deliver within 30 days of the date of your order but can not be held liable for loss or delay arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Returns
Any products can be returned to us, providing that they are in an unused, unopened and ‘as new’ condition within 14 days from the day you receive them.
If your product arrived damaged and is returned to us within 28 days we will exchange for new or refund your original purchase price. This does not apply to damage that has been caused by accident, misuse or neglect for which there can be no refund or exchange. Please contact us before returning any products to us.
We recommend that you send any products back to us securely packaged using a certified delivery service, enclosing a copy of the original receipt. If there is no fault with the product we will not refund delivery charges. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
